About
Kelton R. Ekblad practices domestic law with a focus on assisting individuals in child custody, divorce, parentage, and child welfare matters involving the Juvenile Court and the Division of Child and Family Services. Kelton also has experience litigating other civil matters such as contract disputes, landlord/tenant matters, and protective orders.
Kelton attended the University of Mississippi School of Law where he worked in student clinics and volunteered in several community outreach programs, assisting individuals with a variety of legal issues, including Federal Fair Housing Act claims, tenant’s rights, and criminal record expungements. In addition to his formal educational experience, Kelton interned with a Utah firm working in matters ranging from ski collisions and construction disputes, to wrongful death claims.
