Lisa B. Lokken is president and owner of Lokken & Putnam, P.C. Ms. Lokken received her B.A. in Economics from Westminster College of Salt Lake City in 1989 and her J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1993.
Ms. Lokken has over 20 years of experience with family law matters. More specifically, she has experience with divorce, annulments, custody, paternity, child support, alimony, custody modifications, child support modifications, modification of parent-time, enforcement of parent-time, and modification of decrees. She is familiar with both custodial and non-custodial parent issues as well as the financial aspects of divorce.
Ms. Lokken has extensive experience with abuse and neglect issues. She is an experienced trial attorney and regularly appears in court.
Additionally, Ms. Lokken is a member of the Court Improvement Project Committee and the Utah Executive Family Law Committee. Since 1997, Ms. Lokken has been a coordinator or presenter for the Utah Parental Defense Conference, which offers training to all parental defense attorneys throughout the State of Utah. Ms. Lokken has been a requested speaker at both state and national conferences pertaining to parental defense, child welfare and drug court related issues.
Ms. Lokken is also a member of the Utah State Bar.
